Get your LGV Licence before September to avoid extra tests and cost!

If you do not pass your LGV cat C1, C, C+E before 10th September 2009 you will need to achieve the initial Driver CPC qualification to become a commercial driver.

Please remember that the process of getting your LGV Licence can take up to 12 weeks from arranging your medical to passing your test.

Case Study 

Practical Driving

Practical Demonstration

 

The good news for younger drivers is that if you pass these tests you will be able to drive Category C (Any Rigid goods vehicle over 7.5t) and Category C+E (Any articulated vehicle over 7.5t) at the age of 18.  The current minimum age is 21
